Scheduling Team Dates

The 2010 calendar indicates the dates that are currently available for teams.  Dates which are blocked in dark blue on the calendar have already been scheduled.

To maximize your mission trip and allow us to use your team most effectively for ministry, we ask that you plan to arrive in Northern Ireland on Friday or Saturday (leaving the US on Thursday or Friday).

As soon as you have confirmed your dates with us by contacting Richie Shilliday at richardsdundrum@yahoo.co.uk, and once we have received a $1,000 non-refundable deposit (for teams), we will block out that date on the calendar.  It may be possible to schedule more than one team on a given date, but you will need to get to check with us first.
